The Friends of North Star is a 501c3 non profit organization that exists exclusively to support North Star Academy in Newark, New Jersey. Friends of North Star is committed to empowering every North Star Academy student to excel by raising essential funds that support learning and innovation. We enhance educational opportunities by providing resources for programs, technology, equipment, and staff not covered by the school’s current budget. Together let’s empower change through giving.
